Nestled in the lap of nature -

Nestled in the lap of nature, Panchachuli is also known as the five peaks of Pandavas. These peaks remain covered with snow throughout the year. It is believed that after the Mahabharatawar, when the Pandavas were leaving the earth and going to heaven, the Pandavas were passingthrough the Himalayas. Then the Pandavas had set up a stove to cook food for the last time. That stove is still present in the Himalayas. This five hearth (five peaks) is known as Panchachuli.

Formation of Darma Valley: -

Formation of Darma Valley: Darma River, also known as Darma Yankti and Darma Ganga, is situated between two other valleys. Kuthi Yankti valley in the east and Essar Yankti Ghati inthewest. Darma valley is connected to Lassar valley by Gangachal Dhura and Kuthi Yankti by SinglaPass. Darma river starts from Dhawe on India China border and flows southwards in Tindag. It Lassar meets Yankti and joins Kali river at Tawaghat, it is also called Dhauli Ganga.

Panchachuli Glacier: -

Panchachuli Glacier is also called Nyoulpa Glacier and Nyoulpa River originates fromNyoulpaGlacier and this river meets Dhauli Ganga at Dugtu and Dhauli Ganga meets Kali Ganga at Tawaghat.

Darma Valley is a famous tourist destination where you can see Panchachuli from very close.
